Kunal Parker
Professor of Law and Dean's Distinguished Scholar
Kunal Parker is a Professor and Dean’s Distinguished Scholar with a PhD in History from Princeton University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.A. from Harvard University. He is teaching a course on marriage equality at the School of Law.
His first book, Common Law, History, and Democracy in America, 1790 – 1900: Legal Thought Before Modernism was published by Cambridge University Press in 2011. He is currently at work on a book, also be be published by Cambridge University Press, on the history of U.S. immigration and citizenship law from the colonial period to the end of the twentieth century.
